The Qualifications are:
- Must have sales, managerial, or printing experience. All three will give you a good head start. Two, will get you on your way quickly. If you only have one of the above, we will train you. You will need to work harder and longer for 6-12 months.
- Customer Service Oriented. There are two requirements for customer service success. Ability to take accurate orders with high regard towards customer needs, and produce quality work. Be likable and pleasant.
- Be a good manager. A good manager is responsible for the final results, the employees, and the budget (sales, costs, profit). If you use the word "I" when things are not going right, and "we" when taking credit, you meet this requirement.
If you meet all three requirements, you are a good candidate for this position.
